Mercy Center for Memory Health

Mercy’s Center for Memory Health is a clinical resource for all ages. Specialized providers help determine whether a patient's concerns are a normal part of aging or a symptom of dementia. If evaluation leads to a diagnosis, our team coordinates care with patients and their support system. The clinic provides:

• Clinical memory assessment
• Follow-ups and coordination of care
• Referrals to other providers
• Collaboration with the Family Caregivers Center
• Brain health education
