The Chris & Suzy DeWolf Family Innovation Center for Aging & Dementia is located off C Avenue NE in northern Cedar Rapids and is connected to HallMar Village senior living. Get driving directions or download the Innovation Center floorplan (PDF) to find your destination.

From the South:

Take C Avenue NE heading north, past St. Mark's Lutheran Church to the HallMar Village and DeWolf Innovation Center entrance. Turn right onto the road with the monument sign (at left above) and follow it straight ahead to the main parking lot directly in front of the Innovation Center.

From the North:

Take C Avenue NE heading south to the HallMar Village and DeWolf Innovation Center entrance. Turn left onto the road with the monument sign (at left above) and follow it straight ahead to the main parking lot directly in front of the Innovation Center.
